The
Speak to Your Health! Community Survey is a project of the
Prevention Research Center of Michigan (PRC/MI) Genesee County Community Board.
The goals of the survey are to increase understanding of the
health-related behaviors and attitudes of
Genesee
County
residents, inform health
policy, support needs assessments for developing programs, and identify community assets. The purpose of the PRC/MI
Community Board is to carry out a community-driven research agenda to improve
the health of
Genesee
County
residents, especially those
experiencing a disproportionate share of poor health outcomes. The organizations
represented on the PRC/MI Community Board are Faith Access to Community Economic
Development, Flint/Genesee County Neighborhood Roundtable,
Flint
Odyssey
House
Health

, Genesee County Community
Action Resource Department, the Genesee County Health Department, the Greater

of Michigan School of Public Health. Additional
information about the PRC/MI is available on its website, www.sph.umich.edu/prc.
