To reduce the number of children who are
over-due for shots as the school year approaches, the Genesee County Health
Department will hold additional immunization clinics at two convenient
locations:

immunizations will be given on a walk-in basis for
children up to the age of 18 years old.
Copies of immunization records will be
available for a charge of $1.00.
Vaccines are low cost for qualifying
children. Qualifying children
include: those enrolled in Medicaid,
A
merican
Indians &
A
laskan Natives, uninsured children and
under-insured children whose insurance has no coverage for vaccinations.
Regular HealthPlus clients
will be seen, but must bring their card. Clients
must bring proof of insurance eligibility, shot record, and be accompanied
either a parent or legal guardian.
